I need to create a report that shows:

Total Items Rcvd
Total Items Processed
Avg Days To Process

Sorted by Month (column header) and Dept (row header).

Is that possible?

I have only been able to get it to show me one total and not the three values I need to see.

Thank you in advance.

FYI...

I referenced faq701-4524 which explained how to show multiple values across (in columns) but not in rows which isn't what I was looking for but somewhat helpful.

I wrote the FAQ but don't fully understand what you are looking for. Perhaps you could take the time to enter some sample records and desired display in the report.

dhookum, I have reviewed your link and have a question for you myself. I will start new thread but wanted you to know to look for it..... It's about a data entry form to work with the crosstab table...
