If you mean can Access actually PRINT checks, I am not sure, although there are lots of neat options to use preprinted paper forms available.
If you mean (like I think your message asks) if you can create a report that resembles a bank check, the answer is yes. You could either scan & save an image & set as background, or design your own from the tools available in the toolbox.
