Hi,
I have a situation where we have a CE10 installation reporting of an Oracle 8i rdbms. There are 20 users. Some reports seem to hang and work the second time round.
The administrator has informed me that this will require a change to the number of records in the Report Application Server settings.
The reports generally don't hit more than 40000 (with subreports included).
However, i have been told that changing the setting to unlimited will cause the 'environment' to fail and they are unwilling to do it. I don't believe that a potential 4 simultaneous users are going to crash enterprise.
I'm not sure that this is the issue.
Does anyone have any advice, pointers or any documentation they can point me to as I've searched on the bo site but to no avail.
