Report Application Server Error

I have received this error when trying to use a report on the enterprise as a strating report for a new one through the Report Application Server.

Cannot find an available Enterprise Report Application Server.

Can anyone help?

I obviously have the RAS installed as otherwise I wouldn't have the "New Report" option, but maybe there is a configuration change that I need to make?

Unfortunately I have been unable to find any documentation for the RAS if anyone can help on this also it will be much appreciated.

Have you checked your report directory path?
The folder where u have kept the report should be the report directory.
Go to report Application Server Configuration Manager and change the path settings.
see if this works.

Not to worry.

I don't know if anyone else realised this, but it is not enough to just start the servers.

You need to have the servers enabled!
