How do I display the report and graph side by side in HTML format with out using frames?

If you SAVE your graph as a FORMAT GIF (for example), you can imbed that file in your HTML output, using the appropriate Stylesheet commands. There's an entire section in the Creating Reports manual, headed 'Adding an Image to a Report', including examples.
