I have an application where I print forms with boxes and lines, some use Border Width of 1 pt, others use up to 3 pt. These print fine when just sent to a printer. But I loose the lines and boxes when I try to export and save them in Rich Text Format. We are using Access 97 with Windows 2000. Is there a reason that access can not handle this?

Thanks in advance for the help with this.

Thanks TBlack.

Much of the special formating found in ACCESS reports is lost when using the RTF Try using the SnapShot format. This format if not found on your systems can be downloaded from Microsoft. There are other threads in TT that direct you to the site to download the necessary files. I will look for them and post them.

Here is another thread that may help: thread181-751349

Do a search on Snapshot and select Search Posts(keyword). There are may threads with a little different situation and solutions that just may help. The use of PDF format may be another viable solution.

Good Luck
