Report and bound column list box

Can I create a report (or a query ) which will use the bound column of a multiple select list box in a form as a parameter for a report/query ??

I have managed to build question(s) up from a combination of 4 or 5 list boxes and the concated SQL statement displays the matches in a list box. All works well now but i need to offer a print option for selected lines in the list box - and the list box only contains bare data more fields will be needed for a formatted report.
