Hello,

I have an access 2000 database - but was originally developped by somebody else on 97.
I use it for example to print report.
Reports are setup in Landscape.
This works fine on my PC.

I made a demo on someoneelse's PC ( a laptop),
and the report was 2 pages "wide" instead of one (in preview).

Report should be ABC (on one page)
But came out AB (page 1) C (Page2).

I tried changing the settings on my PC, but coudn't reproduce the problem.

I see this question many times per week. The other pc might not have the latest Office service packs installed. A quick fix is to select Tools->Options and uncheck all Name Autocorrect boxes.

If the report is printing in landscape on the other machine also, the usual culprit is the default printer.

There might be an issue with paper size or even the (un)printable margins of the other printer which can vary between brands and types.
