Hi all,

I am really stumped right now to this problem.

A user has WinXP with OL2002 and we use an Exchange Server 5.5. There are no filters in place and no rules set up on either Server or client machine. Once in a while when he replies to an email, he gets a bounce back message saying it was undeliverable and he has to send it 2 or 3 times before it goes through. It just started to get worse now. If he cuts and paste into a new message and sends it that way, he has no problem. Please help if you can.

Thanks,
Jayson

Typically there is some other information stating why it was undeliverable. Possibly some error code with a short statement following. If you post that information it may give us a clue as to the issue. joegz

do they have the same problem when they try and send and recieve an email to themselves if so the prob they are having is probably a lock on to there server failure which occurs randomly especially where an isp mail servers are slow due to one or more of their cache servers being down if he gets the same fault sending recieving to himself see what happens if he tries to send it via his webmail client not ol or oe
good luck
