We have a rule setup for one of our inboxes to autoreply to all senders. Only problem is if the sender turns on their out-of-office-assistant, it will autoreply to our autoreply and it will go back and forth infinitely. In five minutes I manged to accumulate 2300 emails from the same sender. Is it possible to only autoreply once or something else of that nature?

Which server are you using? In Exchange 2003, the OOF will only send once to each sender.
