One of my users would like to set outlook so that when he hits reply to a message and starts typing the text he types is in black. Currently it is blue and he knows how to change it by using the "Font color" button on the toolbar he is just tired of having to do it on every message.

Thanks in advance.

Tools ->Options "Mail Format" tab. Under Stationery and Fonts click on Fonts. You can change your default colours and fonts there.

Cheers.
