Replying options in Octel 250

Can somebody help me please with this request?

One of our marketing managers asked me if it is possible to do the following.

Here is a scenario:
You got a voice message and you know that the same message was sent to other people. You want to send a reply to all those people, but in order to do this, you need to enter each mailbox # separately.

Is there a way to reply to all those people by hitting one button (like in Outlook by using “Reply to All” option)?

I have Octel 250 with Aria 03.10.09-1 software release.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is not a way in the Aria 250 system to reply to all on a system distribution list. There are 2 work a rounds for this but both may cost you some money to implement.

The first would be to use bulletin broadcast mailboxes and then you can send the reply back to the bulletin mailbox so it can be sent to all recipients on the first message. This is an option that you may or may not have turned on in the Octel it is feature bit 8 see below. If it has a Y to the left of the feature you have it turned on.

The 2nd way to do this is to buy a message networking S3400 enhanced system that supports enterprise lists. You can build a list and set it to allow reply to all this would also let you centralize lists to one system if you are using more than one Voicemail system.

It is not cheap it would run around $60,000.00 for a S3400 system but it will support 500,000 users.
