If I reply to a message (71) and continue listening to the my messages. I first hear the message I replied to and then my actual reply. My reply will say "sent and deleted". If I 83 the message, will delete, but if I do not wait to hear "sent and deleted" the message will stay in my mailbox. Is this normal or can I change this so the reply message will not me in my mailbox at any time. Thanks in advacne. Call Pilot 4.0

In the CP mailbox class of service, uncheck the box "retain copy of sent message".

The box is NOT checked. The pep's have been updated recently. Any other ideas?
