Reply not reaching destination

We are having aproblem with one of our users. Whenever they send an e-mail to a certain person, it sends fine. When the person they sent it to sends one back through a reply the person who sent it gets the following message back:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.



Subject: RE: Email

Sent: 5/20/2005 8:49 AM



The following recipient(s) could not be reached:



Steven Watkins, Dennco, Inc on 5/20/2005 11:51 AM

Could not deliver the message in the time limit specified. Please retry or contact your administrator.

Has any one ever seen this or might know what is causing this?

Make sure that the original sender has their mail account properties set up correctly - specifically: their own e-mail address (or reply-to address if applicable).
