Reply from Desktop messaging

Hi i setup call pilot(600r rls 5) desktop messaging on my computer and i can receive my mailboxes messages in my Outlook In box OK , but when i try to reply any message from callpilot i get blank TO: field on Outlook but when i manual enter email (copy paste from receiving address) i get failed message showing SMTP failure. Could somebody point some field in call pilot server where i can define some settings??
