I can send an E-Mail to Richmond, British Columbia V7E6J8, Canada. However the person I am sending it to cannot reply. I am using Hotmail. There has never been a problem before. If necessary I'll phone him and find out who his ISP is. Other than that I'm mystified why he can't reply or send E-Mail to me.

It's probably been marked as spam and dropped.
If that's the case, there's not much you can do except have the other person use a hotmail account too.

We'd probably benefit from having more info...

Does he get any error message(s)?
Has he had just the one failure, or has he tried many times to send you a reply?
E-mail client being used, e.g. Outlook Express, Eudora, etc?
Presume he has no problem with e-mails to anyone else?
Is he using Reply to, or starting a New message?
