Reply button missing

Several users have reported they create a New Memo and send it successfully, but the recipient does not see a Reply button on the toolbar; they see "Save and Close" "Save and File" and "Forward," but no Reply button. They can, however, click Create, Reply and respond that way. Any idea why the Reply button is missing and how to get it back? [spineyes]
 
To get the Reply button back.. you need security or administrative rights. I can't remember the exact fix at this time but I can tell you if you are in an office environment and have a group who does security or administrates Notes.. they can restore it for you.
