Reply as address from a distribution group

I have two users who are members of a distribution group. When they recieve emails from this group and reply, they want the reply address to be the address of the distribution group and not the user sending the message.

The only way I can think of doing this is by giving both the users ownership rights to the distribution list. Then show them how to 'view From field' in Outlook. When they reply to the email they will need to press the 'From' button and choose the Distribution List from the Global Address List.
