Reply addresses from other Domino servers 1

We have Notes 5.011 running on as400, and sometimes, for some users when they email other organisations, when these other companies reply to an email from us (If they also run notes) the reply address will come up as bob/dunedin/company isntead of bob@company.com. I have tried turning on mime and sending as plain text etc, but there must be something else I am missing. Any ideas?

I would check the following:

- Users location document (Internet Address Field)
- Global Domain document in the NAB (Name & Adress Book), Conversions tab

By default, R5 will try and append an internet address from the users location document. If the entry is blank, or an error occurs, Notes will look in the Global Domain document for conversion.
