Hi,
We are running Exchange 5.5 (SP3) and use Exchange to support single email domain.

I have users who need to change their default reply address.
Can this be done?

Thanks.

In the e-mail box properties, you can add an additional smtp address and set that as a default reply address.

By doing this, when you send a mail out from this mailbox it will mark the default reply address as the e-mail address, you need to be sure that the inbound routes are available to recieve this mail when replied by someone over the internet..

thanks

Hi again,

Thanks for that. How do I make sure that the inbound routes are available to recieve this mail? Is it in the routing somewhere?

Kind Regards

1. You need to get the domain (the new One) assigned and routed to your network by the ISP.

2. In the Internet Mail connector IMC of Exchange server, include the inbound route to define new domain address in inbound.
