Reply address not correct in some cases

Hello,

I have one user in my domain who has a problem when people try to reply on an email from him.

For example, if the recepient clicks reply on his email, only the name "lecocq" will be filled in, in the reply address in stead of his complete email. flecocq@domain.com

i already changed the default smtp address in exchange but this gives the same problem.

The funny thing is, when i send an email to my gmail, here i don't have a problem.
we work with exchange 2003.

does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

Are you using POP3?

(This is not available for Exchange MAPI Mail)

You can change the reply address within Tools - Email A/c - Next - Change - More Settings - then verify the reply address is correct.

Also open a new mail - click options - and check that there is nothing in the Reply to other address field.

I would just also check what rules the user has.
