Hello,

I have a user on Outlook 2003 who is experiencing a problem with the fonts in his emails. While he is reading the email, everything displays fine, but when he goes to reply to a message all the text in the original message as well as the To: From: and CC: fields are all in bold. Any ideas?

Open Tools-Options-Mail Format. Next to the Stationery picker is a button called FONTS. In there, you can select the font and style for replies and forwards., etc.

Thanks for the reply, went and tried that but still no luck. Tried replying to an email and everything is still bold. Any other thoughts?
