Replies always minimised

A really annoying problem here and one that I have tried to fix on numerous occasions with various fixes. All of which fail. Every now and then when I reply to an e-mail, the reply is minimised rather than being at the forfront of the screen. Can anyone suggest a reason as to why this happens?

Please give more information. What program are you using? Version?

In your header you say always, in the body you say now and then. Which is it?

If this is in Outlook, what do you use as the editor? If Word do you also use that as a word processor? Is it always running minimized on your computer?

When it is minimized, what do you do to maximize it? Do you open and close (or min and max) a lot of programs often on your computer?

Looking back, that was a bit rushed (and missing some obvious information - sorry). Ok, I am using Outlook 2003, the replies being minimised usually happen every now and then. To get the reply window to the front, you have to minimise the program window and on occasion, other windows before you can see the reply window. I am using Word as my editor in Outlook and composing in HTML. Word is also used as the Word processor package.
