Replication

Can anyone recommend a good replication software?

What i am looking for is something that can replicate bi-directional and the back up server (if the primary fails - switches to the back up) is not read only.

Any suggestions?

Have you looked into Micsofts initiative in Bidirectional transactional replication or a you looking for another solution?
