Before implementing Replication the SQL Server and Server Agent must be set upp with a named used account on NT

What permissions do these accounts require ie do they deen to have admin priveliges.

Yes you need to create and account with admin priviledged. U can use the local system account for mssqlserver service but the agent should have an acount with admin rights.
