I need to replicate 30+ tables to 5 different db2 7.2 databases,in different locations, all win 2000 servers, every 5 min 7 by 24.
What is the best tool(s) to use?
How is the log file size controlled?

take a look at Data Propogator Relational, often known as DPROPR. It is an IBM product which is designed to exactly what your asking.
