Replication Problems.

I have set up transactional replication between 2 servers on my network

Server 1 is the publisher and Server 2 is acting as the Distributer and subscriber.

Everything seemed to go through fine but the replication isn't hapening, as far as I can tell the problem appears to be the Log Reader agent on Server 1 will not start.

If I try to start it I get the message
"The process could not execute 'sp_replcmds' on server1"
or
"The process could not execute 'sp_repldone/sp_replcounters' on server1"

Any ideas would be really helpful
