you need to at least explain what you are trying to do and give ome basic info..
you can't just stick the dump of an error message in here and expect us to give you a solution more helpful than
c:\Format c: /U

We got a problem with replication of an AD.
The dump is from dcdiag.

ok...

being devil's advocate.. i had gathered sth along those lines.
;-)

What i'd check first is this:

Sites & Services
-check to see that there aren't any Domain Controller objects that should no longer be there (decommissioned DCs, crashed DCs)

and for more info... can you tell us a bit more about your AD setup (No of DCs, how long you've had this problem, any recent changes...) ?

Root Domain 4 Dc, 3 GC
Subdomain1 3 Dc, 2 GC
Subdomain2 2 Dc, 1 GC
Subdomain3 3 Dc, 2 Gc

Subdomain3 ist the trouble domain, have tried moving GC, tried dcdiag /fix, have checked dns resolution for all other dc:s and there is no problem with it.

Subdomain3 can't find any GC in Root domain.

Thanks for any help and ideas.

and you cant make aother dc in domain3 a gc?

did you check sites & services for dcs that shouldnt be there any more.
