Replication only works one way and not two way.

I am in the replica database and I did Tools --> Replication --> Synchronize Now ...
I Select the Design Master

After the synchronization process is done, The changes
that were made in the replica is updated in the Design
Master, but the changes that were made in the Design
Master was not updated in the replicas.
