Replication on windows server 2003

Hi,
How to do a replication of active directory on windows server 2003 on 3 servers please give me steps, I have one domain now on windows 2000 server and I want to change the server to new windows server 2003, the hardware is different, first I must do domain controller with same name and same ip address, how to export all users with there passwords and membership and so on … and after that I will do the replication to another 2 server .
