I attempted to set up a snapshot and a transactional replication last night. I picked this time to minimize impact on performance.
I have 2 SQL server boxes I am working with sh-case1 and sh-case2. Both have Sql server 2000. The sh-case2 is supposed to replicate the database S030 on sh-case1. So I decided to create pull subscriptions to minimize stress on sh-case1. I tried to set up sh-case2 to subscribe to the 2 publications I created on sh-case2.
This morning when I look under publishers at my 2 replications, named S030 and S030_snapshot, I see that the status is never started on both.
When I look at the pull subscription on Sh-case2 I see that it is running. The S030 database created on sh-case2 has only a few of the tables from the sh-case1.
I have no clue what to do next...
