Hi,
I have one domain controller and 3 additional domain, all domains replicate to each other.
the problem that when I change a member of user and add administrators group, it will return back and remove the administrators group from member of, so I can't add user as administrator, I did this on all domain and same problem any help.
thanks,

Try searching for Restricted Groups.

If group membership is taken away without reason, that's usually the problem.

thanks, for your reply
but it's not just for administratos group but even for any group. and I check the Restricted group but no thing there.

There could be a vbscript file running as part of a GPO that affects group membership.
