Replication Issue. Where can I find DBLhelper.exe

Having problem with SQL replication. Started with working Pub/Sub. After restoring the database to Publisher, the Subscriber is not replicated. Using ccm 3.3(4)and BARS 4.0(7). BARS restore log had no errors. This link

talks about dblhelper.exe which is not found on Publisher.
Any ideas?

I was digging a bit deeper and this is what I have.
The Sub's SQL has 2 databases. The original(ccm0300) and the restored(ccm0305). The restored database is the same as Pubs.
Why is Sub still using the original database?
Any clues?

hmm, funky - maybe you can create a new pull subscription? I haven't run into this before. Let me do some digging.

Does dblhelper.exe work with SQL 2000? I thought it was SQL 7 tool.

I don't think so - I ran it this Friday when I upgraded a cluster from 3.3(3) to 4.0, seemed to work ok.

The DBLHelper is located in c:\program files\cisco\bin directory
or comes with the Upgrade Assistant.
