Replication install problem

SQL7 on Windows98.

when i start the install replication wizzard, the first step "distributor" sems ok, but in second step "distribution db" the program stop whithout error and i must kill sqlManager using Ctrl+alt+sup.

if i use stored procedures to do this job sp_adddistributor "MY MACHINE" is ok but sp_adddistributiondb 'DBDISTRI',null,null,2,null,null,0,0,72,48,0,'sa','wh',0 always fails

what can i do to install a replication please
