Replication Error

Getting an error at the end of replicating a db from the 5x Notes client. The error is "Unable to replicate with server xxx/xxx: Application or Network program error. Document identifier in document doesn't match search results."
Replicating again immediately after, no error shows. Anyone know/seen this one? I'm stumped.
