Replication and Indexing/Fragmentation

I have two sql 2k servers. Server A is the distributor and replicates to Server B via a pull subscription on B. Server A is heavy on writes and Server B is used for Reporting so it is basically only doing Reads. My question is this: If I configure Server B to have a certain page percentage full for fast reads, how does the updating of that data via replication affect the fragmentation and indexing on that server? Am I wasting my time optimizing server A for writes and Server B for reads if one is replicating to the other?
