Replicating using DSL through VPN

When, I replicate through DSL I can Only Recieve messages, but cannot send them through DSL and my VPN. It appears that their is a security issue that will not allow me to send messages???

The first thing I would check is the replicator. Locate the line with your mailfile and check the blue arrow. Does that point in both directions? If that only points left, click on it, select "Send documents to server" and hit OK.
Then check if there's a line that says "Send outgoing mail".
Make sure the checkbox in front of it is ticked.
