I have two servers running windows 2003 server in in different locations connected via a T1 link and would like to replicate data using DFS. The objective is to have one serve as a failover as a cheap DR solution Has anyone had any experience with this.
I am looking for info on how to set this up correctly

I have set this up and it's pretty easy, if you make the DFS root a 'Domain DFS Root' it will be integrated into Active Directory and replication will occur automatically without any more configuration. I would suggest you make sure your AD is correct with regards to Sites & Subnets etc since share selection uses this information to select the closest share.
