Replicated. But why are permissions reseted?

I've a database that's replicated (transactional). On the replicating db: when I check on the permission settings for my tables & sp, the users are there but all the permissions for select, delete, exec, etc. are all cleared out. How can I get the same permissions as the source db?? Did I miss/checked/unchecked something?
