Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to exclude attachments on the mails when I replicate. The attachments take a long time to replicate when connected remotely to the server.

Thanks

Yes it's possible.

On the "Space Saver" tab in replication settings, you can select "Receive summary and 40kb of rich text only".

This will not specific remove/deselect an attachment from the mail when replicating but will probably solve your problem anyway.

..or you can use the check-box below "Replicate a subset of documents:" and write your own @formula to remove attachments.

This will be much easier in Notes 6, when this will be just a check-box to choose if you want to replicate attachments or not.
