Replica form runtime error

Hi,
I have a database on our network and all my users have a replica on their PC. I am getting a runtime error 3051 (which says the microsoft jet engine cannot open the form because is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data) when more than one user tries to open the same form in their local replica.
I have checked permissions, and those are ok. The user also is not opening the database replica exclusively. I can't understand why I'm getting this error.
Could anyone provide any insight?

Split the database into a front-end for your forms, and a back-end to hold your data. Then create ODBC links to your back-end data from the front-end. Each user would have their own copy of the front-end. The back-end would be shared.
