Replaying a Mydoom infected message

Virus Mydoom is overcharging traffic worldwide over Internet.

It is spoofing the return address in its messages.

Please, webmasters and server administrators, configure your antivirus software to NOT replay any virus infected message. Avoid to contribute to a bandwidth overuse.

It is enough to delete the infected message.

I agree completely. I've always set my systems to not reply to or forward junk messages I didn't want in the first place.

1. You don't want the malicious senders to know they reached a real address.

2. Like mentioned above, don't add to the congestion.

3. Your recipients don't really care if someone tried to send them a virus. In fact it will only confuse them.
