replacing voice mail card?

Hi.I need to know if is possible to save data from bad card,to replace w/new card.Maybe you guys know about a short cut to save data.I'am knew w/this system ACS PARTENER R/3.I'll appreciate your help.THANKS

If the VM module is accessible via the messaging pc based software administration, you may be able to save the configs, msgs, prompts to your PC. Then send them back afterwards.

This is only for the partner messaging which takes a slot in the 5, or 2 slot carrier, not the pcmcia based VM.

PCMCIA based, just reprogram it.

We really need motre info on what VM to help specificaly.
