We have a customer that we're receiving several PI-BD major alarms. We're going to replace the TN765 board, but is there any pre-replacement steps I should follow? Site is G3v11.

Thanks in advance for any sugesstions.

what are the links programmed for?
are the links working or going up and down?

It's rare to have to replace a tn765

links are commonly used for x.25 isdn, cms, audix, dcs

Power down the control cabinet, replace the board, and power the cabinet back up.
