Hi,

I have a bunch of MS word documents of size 5.5 x 8.5. They have some tags inside them that look like <Name>, <PhNo>. I am trying to take each of these word documents, replace these tags with the actual values that I have and covert them into pdfs with the same name and same size. If I have 50 documents, I should get 50 pdfs. I want to accomplish this with VBA. Can any one help me with this?. I appreciate it.

Have you tried the macro recorder when you do it manually for one document ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

I also suggest you break it down into steps. Replacing these "tags" (if that is indeed what they are) with - uh, "actual values that I have" - seems to me a distinct step from creating the pdf files.
