Replacing the Flash icon

What is the process for replacing the Flash icon on the finished Flash Projector (*.exe) file with an icon of my own?

hi there, im not too sure whether u can replace the icon directly but you could always make a shortcut to the file, to which u can apply any icon you wish by rightclicking, selecting properties, then change icon, then browse. I think icons have to be 37 by 37 pixels. This does however mean you'll get a little 'shortcut' arrow on the icon.
Anyone else know a better way? Nick Price

Download a copy of eXeScope. It works great. It will allow you to change icons, title bar messages, menu options, etc.
