Model: 703t CallPilot. Does anyone know. Can you just buy a Tandberg Data drive model SLR75 from a Tandberg dealer or do you need to buy a Nortel part number NTRH9095 from a nortel partner or reseller? Also any tricks in replacing a tape drive. Can it be replace without shutting down CallPilot?

always shut down call pilot because that is a scsi cable that has power on it....we order slr75 through our vendor
but i saw some refurbished at much lessor cost. did not buy though i dont see why they would not work....

Dphone, be sure to set the address switch to the same address that's used on the old one.
