I haven't figured out to do this except the slow way. But what i want to do is:

I have a table thats has the styles i want(not charector/paragraph styles) but like spacing and the kind of alternating shading i want and so forth.. Enough special stylizing that its a pain to redo 10 or 20 times.

So I copy that table, but now i want to paste in a new colum of data.
I can do it by copy and pasting one row at a time. But this is very slow and if I have 40 cells in on table alone and then 10 or so more tables like it.

How can i copy and paste a bunch of txt seperate by paragraph or a bunch of cells from a default table and paste the data into my stylized table?

Every time i try highlighting my tables cells and pasting, i either get the other table inserted into one of my cells. or a nunch of txt into one cell. I need to items to be distributed through the cells.

Anyhelp would be wonderful, thank you very much :)
