I genearlly create raid 1 configuration for the OS and leave the data on a raid 5 or 6. I am running out of space on the os due to an application that i didnt' think it would take this much. If I take on drive out and put a larger one and do the same with the other one after the drive has been replicated, would this give me the entire drive space?

before I do somethign stupid i figure I ask.

Thanks much.
