Replacing Postfix with Sendmail

Unfortunately I am still a novice at unix mail systems and have a problem I need to diagnose. First Postfix decided it wanted to stop sending mail to a certain couple of domains. It still works for others tho so I am confused. Secondly I am thinking that since this is a Shrike Linux box, I should just shutdown Postfix and start up Sendmail. I just don't know how to do that. Any suggestions as to where to start here? Thanks all!!!!
